to executive recruiting, Patrick spent several years in senior
human resources management positions with URS
Corporation, Lockheed Martin,
and Coors Brewing Company. He possesses
a wealth of business and executive search experience, together with
an intimate knowledge of the marketplace. He is highly regarded for
his leadership, determination, and extensive network of long-term
business relationships. |

Patrick is a U.S. Army Special Forces Colonel in the U.S. Army Reserve and recently returned from a one year tour of duty in Afghanistan. From June 2009 to June 2010, he was assigned as a senior military liaison officer to the U.S. Embassy in Kabul Afghanistan. He was successful with establishing key inter-agency relationships to advance U.S. military Special Operations Forces (SOF) programs and integrated strategic SOF operations into the U.S. Government and interagency civilian/military (CIV-MIL) stabilization plan. Patrick established a working relationship with USAID and was instrumental with having USAID senior development professionals attached to SOF command. This partnership enhanced the Local Defense Initiative with community development projects in remote areas of Afghanistan. |

From 2003 to 2005, he served at the Pentagon in Washington, D.C. and was assigned in the Secretary of the Army’s Office as the Chief of Army Congressional Activities. In this position he worked closely with the US Army Corps of Engineers and was privileged to work with the severely wounded soldiers recuperating at Walter Reed Army Medical Center. |
